Comedy: Jesus was not God

Just for fun I will be presenting the words of Jesus himself then show how it would have been said if Jesus were God.

Matthew 11:25 “I thank thee, oh father, lord of heaven and earth, because thou has hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. Even so, father, so it seemed good in thy sight”.

Would become: “I thank myself, of self, lord of heaven and earth because I have hid these things from the wise and prudent and has revealed them unto babes. Even so, self, It seemed good in my sight”

Matthew 11:26 “All things are delivered unto me of my father: and no man knoweth the son, but the father, neither knoweth any man but the father, save the son, and he to whomsoever the son will reveal him”

Would become: “All things are delivered unto me of me and no man knoweth me, but me neither knoweth any man me, save me, and he to whomsoever I will reveal me”

John 3:35 “The father loveth the son, and hath put all things into his hands”

Would become: I love myself and hath put all things into my hands”.

John 5:37 “And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape”.

Would become: “And myself, myself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. You have neither heard my voice at any time, nor seen my shape” Uggg how then is he telling them this?

John 5:17 “ The father worketh hitherto, and I worketh”

Would become: “ I worketh hitherto, and I worketh”

Matthew :27:46 “My God, my God, why has thou forsaken me?”

Would become “My self, my self, why have I forsaken me?”

There are so many instances where plugging Jesus in as God does not work and is quite comical not to mention ridiculous. There were times he spoke to God in heaven when he was on earth. How does that work? When Jesus did as he was supposed to do, he was reflecting God as God’s image and likeness. The same is true of us. We are the image and likeness of our father and we need to start acting like it. Go through the bible and do your own comedy sketch with Jesus being changed to God. And laugh because God made laughter as well.
